Have More Time

Your schedule is so busy. You feel like you are juggling everything and one mishap will have everything crashing down. Learn an easier way to manage all of this.

Self-Care without the Guilt

You will learn how to incorporate self-care without it needing to take hours from your day. You will have less stress and overwhelm.

Client Testimonials

Nichole was professional and courteous as a coach. She helped me learn how to rethink negative situations into positive ones and how to include the process into daily life.

Nichole helped me get out of the guilt I felt for not having a good work and home life balance. I was behind on laundry, housework, and notes at work. I felt like I was always failing or would fail at any moment. I was putting so much pressure on myself all the time to be perfect. I would let sadness and anxiety consume me on bad days at work and take it out on my husband and kids. On bad work days, I am now able to let that go and be present with my family. I have more self compassion and learned that saying ‘no’ is self care.

I wasn’t expecting the coaching session I had with Nichole to be anything out of the ordinary. However, I felt that the questions asked were very thoughtful, and Nichole could dig deeper into the situation I was addressing. I felt heard. I felt that that 30- minute consultation was a truly valuable conversation that I am grateful that I was able to experience. Thanks, Nichole!

Nichole Haugen

Nichole Haugen is a wife, mom of six girls, Registered Nurse, and Certified Life Coach. In 2019, she lost both of her parents and shortly after found out that there was financial infidelity in her marriage. This led her on a path where she found life coaching.

She realized this was the tool she had been missing for so many years. She wanted to share this with other Catholic women who work in healthcare to help them get out of stress, overwhelm, guilt, and resentment.
